A resident of Murmansk was angry with a friend and accused him of being “infected” with HIV
Deciding to take revenge on her friend, the 28-year-old woman from Murmansk accused him of being “infected” with HIV. This is a criminal case. The woman wrote a statement about this in the duty section of the police department No. 3 of the Russian MIA Administration for the city of Murmansk.
The police officers warned the applicant that false testimony was prosecuted by law, but the woman insisted on her own. Later, a check began, which denied the statement of a resident of Murmansk.
– Severyanka confessed that no crime was committed against her, and the reason for the false message was the desire to take revenge on the man, which arose on the basis of personal hostility, – reported the press service of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Murmansk region.
A criminal case was opened against the woman under Part 1 of Article 306 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (knowingly false denunciation). The maximum term that a woman faces is two years in prison. While the investigation is underway, the suspect is under recognizance not to leave.

Решив отомстить знакомому, 28-летняя мурманчанка обвинила его в своем «заражении» ВИЧ-инфекцией. Это уголовно наказуемое дело. Заявление об этом женщина написала в дежурной части отдела полиции № 3 УМВД России по городу Мурманску.
Полицейские предупредили заявительницу, что ложные показания преследуются законом, однако женщина настаивала на своем. Позже началась проверка, которая и опровергла заявление жительницы Мурманска.
– Северянка созналась в том, что никакого преступления в отношении нее совершено не было, а причиной ложного сообщения стало желание отомстить мужчине, возникшее на почве личной неприязни, – сообщили в пресс-службе УМВД России по Мурманской области.
В отношении женщины возбудили уголовное дело по части 1 статьи 306 УК РФ (заведомо ложный донос). Максимальный срок, который грозит женщине, – два года лишения свободы. Пока идет следствие, подозреваемая находится под подпиской о невыезде.
