West Palm Beach woman arrested for not disclosing HIV status to her intimate partners
A West Palm Beach woman has been arrested after deputies say she had sexual relationships with multiple men over several years without telling them she was HIV‑positive, according to a Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office affidavit.
Investigators say the case began when a man reported being diagnosed with HIV after sex with the 34‑year‑old, who allegedly never disclosed her status. Two additional men later came forward with similar accounts, including one who sought testing after seeing her mugshot shared online. His results were negative.
Medical records obtained through warrants show she tested positive for HIV in 2013 and had missed multiple doses of her prescribed medication in 2025 and 2026. Deputies say she admitted during a recorded interview that she knew her diagnosis and did not disclose it to partners.
She is charged with an HIV‑infected person having sex without informing partner, a third‑degree felony.
The investigation is ongoing.
