A Butler County man accused of having sex with two victims while not disclosing that he is HIV positive will go on trial this summer.
The defendant appeared in court on Thursday, a month after he was charged in the case.

Prosecutors alleged he knew he was HIV-positive but didn’t tell the two victims, who investigators said he had sex with.
Under Ohio law, this allegation is treated as a serious violent felony, with allegations going back to 2018.
A trial in Butler County Court of Common Pleas is set to begin on June 29.
