
Man accused of sexual relationships without disclosing HIV status sentenced to prison
An Oklahoma City man pleaded guilty this week on charges that he had sex with women without disclosing his HIV status.
MX will spend 5 years in prison on six counts of engaging in conduct reasonably likely to transfer the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV)(AIDS)
X was charged with 18 counts of engaging in conduct reasonably likely to transfer HIV and two counts of use of a computer for the purpose of violating Oklahoma statutes.
He was also sentenced to 5 years probation.
