A resident of Udmurtia hid his HIV status from his partner
A 42-year-old resident of Kambarka was found guilty of hiding his HIV status from his girlfriend. This is reported by the press service of the Udmurtia Prosecutor’s Office.
It was established that the man, knowing about his HIV status, did not tell his partner about the disease and entered into an intimate relationship with her, thereby exposing her to a serious risk of infection.
The court sentenced the man to 1 year in prison. So far, the decision has not entered into force.

42-летнего жителя Камбарки признали виновным в том, что он скрыл от своей девушки ВИЧ-статус. Об этом сообщает пресс-служба прокуратуры Удмуртии.
Установлено, что мужчина, зная о своем ВИЧ-статусе, не рассказал о заболевании своей партнерше и вступил с ней в интимную связь, тем самым подвергнув ее серьезной опасности заражения.
Суд назначил мужчине 1 год лишения свободы. Пока решение не вступило в силу.
