A resident of Udmurtia was convicted for the threat of HIV infection
A 42-year-old resident of Sarapul was found guilty of knowingly putting him at risk of HIV infection, the press service of the prosecutor’s office of Udmurtia reports.
It was established that the defendant, reliably knowing that he had HIV, did not inform his cohabitant about this disease and had sexual intercourse with her.
The court sentenced him to 1 year of imprisonment.
Жителя Удмуртии осудили за угрозу заражения ВИЧ
42-летнего жителя Сарапула признали виновным в заведомом поставлении в опасность заражения ВИЧ-инфекцией, сообщает пресс-служба прокуратуры Удмуртии.
Установлено, что подсудимый, достоверно зная о наличии у него ВИЧ, не поставил свою сожительницу в известность об этом заболевании и вступал с ней в половую связь.
Суд приговорил его к 1 году ограничения свободы.
