X, 35, was diagnosed with HIV/AIDS in 2008.  A woman told police she had sexual relations with X three times since this past October, but said she didn’t find out until later about his HIV/AIDS status. Another woman told her she had contracted the virus from X after having sex with him. After his arrest on New Year’s Eve, officers said X denied having sex with the first woman, and said the second woman was aware of his medical condition when she had sex with him. X is in the Duval County Jail, facing charges of criminal transmission of HIV and sexual intercourse without disclosure of HIV. He is being held on a $100,006 bond, and will have a hearing on Jan. 23.
