The Krasnoturinsky City Court received a criminal case against a person whose name is hidden in the file of processes, for three crimes, two of which are often combined with each other – beatings and death threats.

But the third article is quite rare in Krasnoturyinsk: the accused will also be tried under Art. 122 p. 3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Infection with HIV infection by a person who knew about the presence of this disease, committed against two or more persons or against a minor”). The article punishes imprisonment for up to eight years with or without deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for up to 10 years.

Since the case concerns sexual integrity, law enforcement officers, the prosecutor’s office, the court do not comment on the case. According to the source of “Vecherki”, it concerns two people.
