Czech Republic: Update in the Czech HIV criminalisation case

“Out of 30 criminal complaints submitted by the Prague Public Health Authority, police investigated twenty. In seven cases police already stopped the investigation as there was no criminal offense. Remaining 13 cases are still under investigation – in one case police has asked for an expert statement. No criminal charges were filed so far and the police did not disclose any further details regarding the investigation.
