X, 42 was charged by St. Louis County prosecutors Jan. 17 with recklessly exposing another person to HIV. Police said X had a sexual relationship with his girlfriend between Jan. 17, 2010 and Dec. 12 and did not tell her that he is HIV positive, putting her at risk of contracting the virus. Police said X was aware that he is HIV positive. X is being held in St. Louis County jail in lieu of a $100,000 bond.
