In what must be a serious breach of medical ethics, a doctor in Niagara Falls on the US/Canadian border, has advised a man to go the police after he discovered that a casual female sex partner had HIV without disclosing this to him.
In the very brief story in The Buffalo News, there is no mention of criminal charges: simply information from the police that the man had filed a police report. At least they don’t name the woman!
