A woman listed as homeless is charged with three counts of felony assault by an HIV-infected person upon police.
According to Floyd County Jail reports:
The woman, 24, is also charged with misdemeanor criminal trespass after she broke the windows of a property on Mark Groves Avenue in Lindale. During her arrest at the Dragon Fuel Station on Park Avenue, Kraus yelled curses and spit at the officers, knowing she was HIV positive.
She remained in jail with no bond Sunday afternoon.
